My #1 rule for great skin and overall health is to always get your greens in. I make some variety of a superfood smoothie each day. Mine is packed with greens and collagen to help you look and feel good. Making sure you have at least one superfood, greens- packed meal ensures you are nourishing yourself.
White Chocolate Shake Recipe
- 1/2 – 1 cup spinach depending on how green you want it to taste
- 3 large slices of fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, cashew butter or tahini (I like artisana cashew butter for this, it’s raw and full of nutrients)
- 1 teaspoon of honey, I like raw from @beekeepersnaturals
- 2 large ice cubes
- 6 ounces of almond milk (or other vegan milk I like @malkorganics no gums or thickeners so no tummy trouble )
- Optional: to up the nutrition value add a greens powder, like spirulina or @welleco The Super Elixir which is my fav and 1 scoop of collagen of your choice.
INSTRUCTIONS Blend all ingredients together for 45 seconds. It should be super bright. That’s it.
