In recent years I have been very aware of the handfuls of hair I’m losing in the shower. I’m not entirely sure whether it is caused by the years of mistreatment or the impending middle age but either way I have decided to try and be kinder to my follicles.

At the time I started using Scandinavian Biolabs Hair Growth Routine my hair was very fragile and thin.

The Hair Growth Routine is essentially your usual hair washing routine – start with the shampoo, follow with the conditioner and then apply a couple of pipettes worth of serum to your scalp before drying and styling. It takes no longer that usual which is great.

My hair has started getting thinner over the years. I have very long hair and noticed some significant shedding during summer. I used another product to prevent hair loss but it caused greasiness after a while. This is why I switched to Biolabs. I really like the smell of the shampoo and the conditioner.
